To approve a transaction, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log In: Start by logging into your PatientFi Account.

  2. Access "My Transactions": From your borrower portal, select "My Transactions."

  3. Select the Pending Transaction: Find the pending transaction you wish to approve and select the arrow on the right-hand side.

  4. Choose a Payment Plan: You will be prompted to choose a payment plan for the transaction. Select the payment plan that best suits your preferences.

  5. Select Auto-Pay or First Payment: Decide whether you want to set up auto-pay for future payments or only auto-debit the first payment. Choose "Auto-Pay" for ongoing automated payments or "First Payment" if you want auto-debit for the initial payment only.

  6. Choose Payment Amount: Select the payment amount from options like "Minimum," "Custom," or "Suggested," depending on your specific plan.* 

  7. Link Payment Source: Link your payment source, either by using Plaid or manually entering your debit card or checking account information.

  8. Review & Accept: Review the loan terms and details carefully.

  9. Confirm: Finally, click to confirm your acceptance of the transaction.

*If you selected a promotional 0% APR offer, paying only the "Minimum" amount will not payoff your balance within the promotional period. You must make additional payment(s) to pay off your balance in full before the promotion expires.
