Canceling an Approved Transaction

Once you accept a transaction, you will need to contact your provider for any refund or cancellation. Please note that your provider may charge a fee for canceling a procedure or treatment.

You may be responsible for this fee before processing a refund or cancellation. Once the provider issues a refund, PatientFi will adjust or cancel your loan. 

If your loan is fully cancelled by your provider, and you have made monthly payments, your payments will be refunded via physical check. Please note these refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
