Once you accept a transaction, you will have the ability to adjust your autopay settings. It can take up to 3-5 business days for your account to be available online to make these adjustments. See My Payment Portal for more information.
Once you are logged in to your payment portal:
- Click "Manage recurring Payments"
- From here you can click "Edit" to make adjustments to your autopay, like the amount paid, frequency, and/or the payment source used.
- You can also turn off autopay by clicking "End this recurring payment".
You can also make adjustments by calling our billing department at 877-213-3625.
