Update or Change Payment Sources

You have two convenient options to update or change your payment sources:

  1. Online: Log into your online payment portal by visiting the Payment Portal.  Select the button "Login with PatientFi".

  2. Once logged in:

    • Click "Payments" > then click "Manage Payment Sources" 

    • To add a new debit card or bank account click "Add New Source".

  3. Phone: Alternatively, you can reach out to our payment team at 877-312-3625 for assistance with updating or changing your payment sources. They will be able to guide you through the process over the phone.

Please Note: We do not accept credit cards for monthly payments. Please see Accepted Payment Methods to learn more.
