Monthly billing statements are generated at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. Once a transaction is accepted and your loan is finalized, you will receive your first billing statement within 10 business days by email. Billing statement can be received by email, mail and can be accessed through your account online.

You can view your billing statement by logging into your account here PatientFi Payment Portal and clicking History and then Billing Statement. This will give you access to view all billing statements while the loan is serviced by Launch Servicing. You can update any billing preferences on this portal as well. For paperless billing, electronic and mobile consents must be turned ON.

If your statement is late, call us at 877-312-3625 to make sure your statement was issued to the correct email address or mailing address.
