Why Can't I Register for the Online Payment Portal?

There are a couple of reasons why you might be unable to register for the Online Payment Portal:

  1. Waiting Period: If you have recently accepted your first transaction with PatientFi, please allow 3-5 business days for the system to process your information. You should be able to register for the online payment portal once this processing period is complete.

  2. No Accepted Transactions: If you have not accepted any transactions from your healthcare provider, you will not be able to register for the online payment portal as you do not have an active loan. Transactions are typically initiated by your provider, and you need to accept them before gaining access to the portal.
