I can't log In to my Payment Portal, what can I do?

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing your payment portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Have you recently accepted a transaction? Wait 3-5 Business Days: After accepting your first transaction with PatientFi, it may take 3-5 business days before you can register for your online payment portal. Please allow some time for the system to process your information.

  2. Already Registered and Can't Log In: If you have already registered but are still unable to log in, please reach out to our payments team for assistance. You can contact them at 877-312-3625. They are available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Our payments team will be able to provide guidance and help resolve any issues you may be encountering with your payment portal login.
