Why Can't I Register for the Online Payment Portal?

If you’re unable to register for the PatientFi Online Payment Portal, it may be due to one of the following reasons:


1. You’re in the Waiting Period

If you recently accepted your first transaction with PatientFi, it may take 3 to 5 days for the system to process your information.

  • What to Do: Wait for the processing period to complete. Once your information is in the system, you should be able to register for the payment portal.

2. No Accepted Transactions

You cannot register for the Online Payment Portal if you don’t have an active loan.

  • Why This Happens: Transactions are initiated by your provider. If you haven’t accepted any transactions, you don’t have a loan to manage in the portal.
  • What to Do: Ensure you’ve accepted a transaction from your provider before attempting to register.

Already Registered and Can't Log In?

If you have already registered but are still unable to log in, please reach out to our payments team for assistance. You can contact them at (877) 312-3625. They are available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
