Accessing Account Documents & Disclosures

The PatientFi Payment Portal makes it easy to access important account documents and disclosures related to your financing. Follow the steps below to retrieve and review your documents.


Step 1: Log In to the Payment Portal

  1. Visit the Payment Portal login page.
  2. Click the blue box labeled “Login with PatientFi.”
  3. Enter your PatientFi credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Documents

  1. Once logged in, go to the “Documents” or “Account Information” section of the portal.
  2. Here, you’ll find a list of available documents and disclosures, including:
    • Loan agreements
    • Payment schedules
    • Important account disclosures

Step 3: View or Download Documents

  1. Select the document you want to review.
  2. Click “View” to open the document in your browser.
  3. To save a copy, click “Download” and store it securely on your device.
