What’s Included in Your Monthly Statement?
Your monthly statement will include:

- Payment Details: Information about your most recent payment and upcoming payment amount.
- Transaction History: A record of payments made and any fees or adjustments applied to your account.

How to Access Your Monthly Statement
Online
- Log in to the Payment Portal.
- Navigate to the “Manage Account” button
- Click the “Account Documents” button near the top right of the window.
- Click "Billing Statements" drop down to see all available statements. Select the monthly statement you want to view or download.
- You may also receive your monthly statement via email. Ensure your email address on file is up-to-date to receive timely updates.
