If you need a higher spending limit for additional treatments or expenses, you can request a spending limit increase online 30 days after the last application. This process is simple and allows us to reassess your credit profile to determine if we can approve a higher amount.


How to Request a Spending Limit Increase

  1. Login on the Account Portal
  2. Click "Request Spending Limit Increase" button
  3. PatientFi will perform a soft credit inquiry, which does not impact your credit score
  4. If approved, your new spending limit will reflect any outstanding balance already on your account

Things to Keep in Mind

Approval Is Based on Creditworthiness

  • A higher spending limit is not guaranteed

Impact of Outstanding Balances

  • Any new spending limit will account for outstanding balances on your current loans. 

For example, if you’re approved for $5,000 and have an existing balance of $2,000, your new spending limit for additional treatments will be $3,000.
