After Accepting a Transaction

Once you've accepted a transaction, expect a Welcome Letter by email within 3-5 business days. This letter has information for accessing your Payment Portal – your hub for all things payment-related!

Easiest Way to Access the Portal

There are two ways to access the payment portal:

  1. The easiest way to access the portal is to click “Login with PatientFi" at the login screen
  2. You can complete a one-time registration using the billing account number from your Welcome Letter, which will create a Username and Password to access the portal

Think of the Payment Portal as your financial management center. Here, you'll find everything from your payment schedule and statement history to auto-pay settings and payment method management. It's designed to give you clear visibility and help you stay on track with your plan.
