How to Opt In for Paper Statements

There are two methods you can use to update your statement preferences. You may follow the guide below, or call us for support.

Note: Access to the Payment Portal is provided to you approximately one week after you have accepted your loan. Please wait one week after you've accepted your loan, to make these changes. 


Opting for Paper Statements via the Online Payment Portal

Step 1. Access your Payment Portal

  • Click on “LOGIN WITH PATIENTFI”.

Step 2. Managing Profile Preferences

  • Click on “My Profile”

 

Step 3. My Profile Page

  • Click on “Communication Preferences”

 

Step 4. Edit Electronic Communications

  • Click on the “Edit” icon located in the “Electronic Communications” box
  • Toggle off the electronic communications and make necessary changes
