How to Reject a Transaction

If you don't plan to accept a transaction request you can login to reject the offer:

  1. Log Into the Account Portal
  2. Review the Transactions
  • You'll be able to Reject the offer by scrolling to the bottom of the plan page

If you've already accepted a transaction and need to cancel, reach out to your provider directly to discuss cancellation.
