Next Steps After Getting Approved

Congratulations on your approval for financing with PatientFi! Whether you’ve just got your approval or you are planning for an upcoming procedure, here’s what to expect now that your application is done.


Reach out to your Provider.

  1. Discuss Costs and Treatment Plans:
    Review the cost of your treatment and once confirmed they’ll initiate a PatientFi transaction request.


Accepting a Transaction

After your provider submits a transaction request:

  1. Log In to Your Borrower Portal:
    Click on the link in the text or email you receive from your provider to bring you to the Plan Selection page in your Borrowers Portal.

  2. Select a Payment Plan:
    Choose a payment plan that best fits your financial needs.

  3. Confirm your Monthly Payment:
    Promotional Loans give you payment options, select the one that best fits your financial situation. 
  4. Review and Confirm the Transaction:
    Approve the transaction, and PatientFi will immediately disburse funds to your provider. Your 1st payment will be due 30 days later on the payment source you entered.

Will I Be Notified When a Decision Is Made?

Yes. If you weren’t instantly approved, we’ll send an email update once we reach a decision.

What If I Need a Higher Spending Limit?

If your spending limit doesn’t cover the full cost of your planned treatment, consider Requesting a Spending Limit Increase at a later date or explore alternative options.

Can I Re-Apply If I’m Not Approved?

Yes! If you’re declined, you can re-apply after 30 days or once your financial situation improves.
