If you choose not to move forward with a requested transaction, you can reject it by following these steps within your PatientFi borrower portal:
Log In: access your borrower portal by going here.
Select My Transactions: Once logged in, go to the "My Transactions" section.
Choose the Pending Transaction: Find the pending transaction you wish to reject and select the arrow on the right-hand side.
Select "Reject this Offer": On the screen that allows you to choose a payment plan, scroll to the bottom and select the option "Reject this Offer."
Your medical provider will be notified as soon as you reject the transaction. If you reject an offer in error or simply change you mind, see Accepting a Rejected Transaction
