If you decide not to proceed with a requested transaction, you can reject it through your PatientFi Borrower Portal. Follow these simple steps:


Steps to Reject a Transaction

  1. Log In to Your Borrower Portal

    • Access your Borrower Portal by logging in here.
  2. Navigate to "My Transactions"

    • Once logged in, go to the "My Transactions" section.
    • Look for the banner showing your pending transaction.
  3. Select the Pending Transaction

    • Locate the pending transaction you want to reject and click the arrow on the right-hand side to view the details.
  4. Review the Transaction

    • Click "Approve Transaction" to review the transaction details. Don’t worry—this step won’t accept the transaction.
  5. Reject the Offer

    • Scroll to the bottom of the payment plan selection screen and click "Reject this Offer" to decline the transaction.

What Happens Next?

  • Notification to Your Provider: Your medical provider will be notified immediately after you reject the transaction.
  • Change of Mind: If you reject the offer by mistake or decide to proceed later, refer to Accepting a Rejected Transaction for guidance.
