If you decide not to proceed with a requested transaction, you can reject it through your PatientFi Borrower Portal. Follow these simple steps:
Steps to Reject a Transaction
1. Log In to Your Borrower Portal
- Access your Borrower Portal by logging in here.
2. Navigate to "My Transactions"
- Click on the "Continue" button on the "You have a Pending Action" pop-up.
- If you do not have a pop-up for a pending action, click on "Action Required" or look for the red circle with a #1.
3. Click "Accept"
***A transaction requires five steps to accept. Clicking 'Accept' is not the final step; The 'Reject this Offer' button is located in step three.***
- Click "Accept" next to the transaction you would like to reject.
4. Click Continue at the bottom of the page
- This step verifies the amount for the transaction you would like to reject.
5. Find the "Reject Offer" button
- On the "Plan Selection" page, scroll to the very bottom to find the "Reject This Offer" button
- Verify you want to reject the treatment by clicking "Yes, Reject"
What Happens Next?
- Notification to Your Provider: Your medical provider will be notified immediately after you reject the transaction.
- Change of Mind: If you reject the offer by mistake or decide to proceed later, refer to Accepting a Rejected Transaction for guidance.
