FAQs

Can I make partial payments to my provider directly?

If you would like to reduce your total financed amount, you can pay your provider directly for a portion of your treatment cost. Your provider should create a new transaction based on this new amount.  Once you have accepted your transaction, you should not send monthly payments to your provider. Monthly payments should only be made through the PatientFi payment system. Direct payments to the provider can not be used to pay down your PatientFi loan balance.

What if my provider doesn’t accept PatientFi?

If your provider does not accept PatientFi, you will not be able to use our financing options for your treatment. However, you can refer your provider to us so they can explore the enrollment application or you can choose a new provider.
