Why Do I Need to Unfreeze My Credit?
When your credit is frozen, lenders cannot access your credit report to evaluate your creditworthiness, which prevents us from completing the credit check required for loan approval. By temporarily lifting the freeze, you allow us to review your report and process your loan application.
How to Unfreeze Your Credit
You need to unfreeze your credit with TransUnion, the credit bureau we reference. You can unfreeze your credit online, over the phone, or by mail. Below are the details for each bureau:

What Happens Next?
- In most cases, unfreezing your credit online or over the phone is immediate, but it can take up to 24 hours the process for an application to run successfully. By mail, it may take up to three business days after the credit bureau receives your request.
- Once the freeze is lifted, you can complete the application online and PatientFi can access your credit report
