How to Make a One-Time Payment

For payments, you can choose to pay online or by phone. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.

Online Payment

  1. Log In to the Payment Portal
    • Visit the Payment Portal and click "log in with PatientFi" button above your username
  2. Access Payment Options
    • Click “Payments” and then select “Make a One-Time Payment”
  3. Enter Payment Details
    • Set the amount you wish to pay
    • If you have multiple loans, please ensure you are adding money to the correct loan ID
    • Choose the date for your payment to be processed
    • Select your preferred payment method
  4. Confirm Payment
    • Check the box for the electronic payment authorization
    • Click “Schedule Payment” to finalize

Payment by Phone

To make a one-time payment over the phone:

  1. Call our Billing Team at (877) 312-3625
  2. Provide your account number for reference
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your payment
