How to Make a One-Time Payment

PatientFi makes it simple to make a one-time payment toward your account. You can choose to pay online or by phone. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.


1. Online Payment

To make a one-time payment online:

  1. Log In to the Payment Portal

  2. Access Payment Options

    • Click “Payments” and then select “Make a One-Time Payment.”
  3. Enter Payment Details

    • Specify the amount you wish to pay.
    • Choose the date for your payment to be processed.
    • Select your preferred payment method. If needed, refer to the guide on Updating Account Information.
  4. Confirm Payment

    • Check the box for the electronic payment authorization.
    • Click “Schedule Payment” to finalize.

2. Payment by Phone

To make a one-time payment over the phone:

  1. Call our Payment Processing Team at (877) 312-3625.
  2. Provide your account number for reference.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
