When Can You Adjust Autopay?
After accepting a transaction, it may take 3-5 business days for your account to become available online. Once your account is active, you can access and adjust your autopay settings.
How to Manage Autopay

Log In
- Visit the Payment Portal and click “Login with PatientFi"

Navigate to Recurring Payments
- Click Payments > Manage Recurring Payments

Edit Your Autopay Settings
- Click Edit to adjust:
- The payment amount
- The frequency of payments
- The payment source (e.g., bank account or card)
- Click Edit to adjust:

Turn Off Autopay
- To stop autopay, click End this recurring payment
