Autopay is a convenient way to ensure your payments are made on time and hassle-free. Once you accept a transaction with PatientFi, you can set up and manage your autopay settings through the Payment Portal.
When Can You Adjust Autopay?
After accepting a transaction, it may take 3-5 business days for your account to become available online. Once your account is active, you can access and adjust your autopay settings.

How to Manage Autopay in the Payment Portal

Log In
- Visit the Payment Portal and log in using your PatientFi credentials.

Navigate to Recurring Payments
- Click "Payments" at the top of the screen
- Click on "Manage Recurring Payments" to view your autopay settings.

Edit Your Autopay Settings
- Click "Edit" to adjust:
- The payment amount.
- The frequency of payments.
- The payment source (e.g., bank account or card).
- Click "Edit" to adjust:

Turn Off Autopay
- To stop autopay, click "End this recurring payment."
