Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication and uninterrupted service with PatientFi. Follow the steps below to update your personal and payment information.
What Can You Update?
You can update the following information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Payment Information: Bank accounts, debit cards, or other payment methods.
Step 1: Log In to Your Payment Portal
- Visit the Payment Portal login page.
- Click “Login with PatientFi” and enter your credentials to access your account.
Step 2: Navigating the Dashboard
- Once logged in, you can update your Personal Information by clicking the “My Profile” link at the top right of the page.
- To update your payment information or manage your autopay settings, click "Payments" at the top of the screen:
Step 3: Update Your Information
Updating Personal Information:
- Select the field you want to edit (e.g., phone number or mailing address) and click the "Edit" button to the right
- Enter the updated information.
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
Updating Payment Information:
- Click on the “Manage Payment Methods” button near the upper right of the screen.
- Click "Add New Source" to add a new payment source (e.g., bank account or debit card) or update an existing one.
- Optionally, set a nickname to help you identify this account if you have multiple payments sources saved in your account.
- *Check "Set as Default" box if you want this to be the main payment source when making one time payments over the phone or online.
- Click “Submit” to confirm.
Note: Be sure to verify the accuracy of your payment details to avoid payment issues.
*Important: Adding a new payment source does not update the account used for autopay. You will need to adjust your autopay settings to use the newly added payment source. Not updating your autopay will result in the orignal payment source being charged.

Most updates are processed instantly, but payment method updates may take up to one business day to take effect.
