What Can You Update?

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
    • To update account info, please give us a call at (866) 734-5979 Monday - Friday 6am-7pm and Saturday - Sunday 6am-5pm Pacific time
  • Payment Information: Bank accounts, debit cards, or other payment methods.

Note: Be sure to verify the accuracy of your payment details to avoid payment issues.

*Important: Adding a new payment source does not update the account used for autopay. You will need to end the current payment schedule in order to set up your new one. To set a new recurring payment schedule, simply end your current recurring schedule then return to the portal homepage and follow the pop-up prompt that appears.
