Where Can I View my Loan Balance?

You can view loan balances on the monthly billing statements that you receive or in your member Payment Portal. Loan balances are presented as a Cumulative Balance and a Principal balance.

• Cumulative Balance: This is the combined balance of all your loans and any interest accrued on those loans.
• Principal balance: This is the amount of money you owe/borrowed and is the amount without any interest.

 *0% interest 'Promo Loans' will show accrued interest as part of the cumulative balance. This is not part of the monthly payment, and this accrued interest will be waived if all payments are made within the promo term.
