To cancel your PRIVI membership, login at the Account Portal
Then navigate to Membership > Payments > Cancel Membership
This will refund any credit on the account to the original payment method. If you'd like to reactivate your account, just give us a call at the number below and we can escalate the reactivation to our accounts team.
