Possible reasons you can't register
1. You’re in the Waiting Period
If you recently accepted your first transaction with PatientFi, it may take 3 to 5 days for the system to process your information.
- What to Do: Wait for the processing period to complete. Once your information is in the system, you should be able to register for the payment portal.
2. No Accepted Transactions
You cannot register for the Payment Portal if you don’t have an active loan.
- Why This Happens: Transactions are initiated by your provider. If you haven’t accepted any transactions, you don’t have a loan to manage in the portal.
- What to Do: Contact your provider to request the transaction that you'll be able to accept in the Account Portal.
