Step 1: Log In to the Payment Portal

  1. Visit the Payment Portal and click “Login with PatientFi” to login to your account

Step 2: Navigate to Account Documents

  1. Once logged in, click on “Documents” or “Account Information”
  2. Here, you’ll find a list of available documents and disclosures, including:
    • Loan agreements
    • Payment schedules
    • Important account disclosures

Step 3: View or Download Documents

  1. Select the document you want to review
  2. Click “View” to open the document or to save a copy, click “Download” and store it on your device
