You'll use two portals with PatientFi:
- Account Portal: Your 12-digit account number for this portal is created as soon as you complete an application and can be given to your provider to find your account.
- Online Payment Portal: About 3-5 business days after you accept a transaction, you'll get a 10-digit account number (usually ending in "000") in a Welcome Letter email. You can use this to register for the payment portal. Alternatively, simply choose "Login with PatientFi" and use your phone number to receive a one-time passcode for easy access! (You may not have an online payment portal account number if your loan hasn't processed yet)
