How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password for our payment portal, follow this link Here. Just enter your username associated with your PatientFi billing account and follow the steps to reset your password.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account using your phone number or email and a 4-digit one-time passcode by clicking the blue "Login with PatientFi" button.
