    ok so i'm guessing this is it, which tells me i'm registered or my email is. but I can't find my pass word or how to change it as requested! The Brosure I was given at my providers office had a Care Credit QR code stuck on it, so im confused? I couldn't get passed providers name and adress, if not int PatientFi auto data base, to move on to qualifing for assistance.
